This is square number 12 from "99 Granny Squares". I like the look of the last row. It's a nice touch.

I just love this star-shaped granny square. I found the directions for it on the 4/29/11 issue of the Lion Brand Yarn newsletter. Can you picture a blanket made up of red, white and blue stars?
