Here's a sample piece I did just for fun. The pattern is from the April 4, 2011 e-newsletter for Lion Brand Yarn. They include a different pattern for a knitting sample, also. My sample here is not exactly like the one they show. I ran out of yarn and didn't do as many rows.
Changing row numbers would make a series to use together, maybe even changing colors. I like this motif.
